Demos Tserkezos MA (Cantab) ACA
He is the Managing Partner of the firm. He is also a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus. He holds a Bachelors and a Masters degree in Engineering with First Class Honours from the University of Cambridge in England.

Before establishing the firm Tserkezos & Co, he held the position of Chief Executive Officer of the Amathus Group, a large, international and well-diversified organisation quoted on the Cyprus Stock Exchange (employing around one thousand employees, engaging in hotel ownership and management, tour operating, travel, aviation and shipping). Previously, he held the position of Manager of Corporate Finance of the investment-banking arm of the Bank of Cyprus where he specialised in stock exchange listings, capital raising, mergers and acquisitions. Prior to moving into investment banking, he spent several years at the Bank of Cyprus, as an “internal” management consultant working closely with the top management on projects relating to strategy, capital raising, establishing new operations overseas and locally, organisational restructuring etc. He began his career with the London office of Price Waterhouse, where he spent several years working in Audit and Business Advisory Services.
